TRAINEE PROGRAM REINSURANCE

We as Active Reinsurance re-insure clients world-wide and expand our market position with a well-diversified portfolio. To support our growth strategy, we are building a service hub in Madrid under our subsidiary Caser. Caser is an insurance and service company founded in 1942 and employs more than 6000 people.

The Finance department of Reinsurance Switzerland is responsible for all activities related to: The commercial administration of reinsurance treaties

The maintenance and development of the tools and systems supporting all reinsurance processes

The closing and reporting to Helvetia Group for the reinsurance business unit.

Responsabilities/Main functions

Support Technical Accountants withing The Team, in maintaining Administration of reinsurance accounts and contracts from establishing and maintaining contractual data, processing the reinsurance accounts and manage the related cash flow. Development and maintenance of business relationships with international reinsurance clients:

Accounting:

1. Identifies, classifies, verifies and evaluates financial data
2. Reviews customer billing statements

Collection:

1. Check incoming payments
2. Remind overdue payments: Communicates proactively with cedants and brokers / Active accounts receivable management.

Contribute to an efficient process execution and the expansion of automatization.

The working hours are from 09:00 to 14:00 or from 10:00 to 15:00, with a bonus of 500 € gross per month.

Duration: 6 months. 

The incorporation is done exclusively through the agreement of the corresponding university.
